| 1961年 | マックレガーコーポレーション(米)と日綿実業株式会社(現・双日株式会社)とのライセンス契約締結 Concluded a license agreement between McGREGOR Corporation (U.S.A.) and Nichimen Co., Ltd. (currently Sojitz Co., Ltd.). |
| 1978年 | ニチメン衣料株式会社（現 双日インフィニティ株式会社）設立 Nichimen Clothing Co.,Ltd.(currently Sojitz Infinity Inc.) established. |
| 1986年 | 米国マックレガー社より、日本及び5か国及び地域(韓国、台湾、香港、シンガポール、マレーシア)における「マックレガー」商標権を取得 Acquired "McGREGOR" trademark rights in Japan and five regions (Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia) from McGREGOR, Inc.. |
| 1992年 | ・マックレガーブランド国内ライセンスビジネスを開始 ・「株式会社ニチメンインフィニティ」（現 双日インフィニティ株式会社）に社名を変更 ・Started McGREGOR brand domestic licensing business. ・Changed the company name to Nichimen Infinity Co., Ltd. (currently Sojitz Infinity Inc.). |

| 2021年 | ・「双日インフィニティ株式会社」と「双日ジーエムシー株式会社」が合併 ・ホームファッションや素材開発分野への取組みを主としたライフスタイル事業を開始 ・ドイツのアウトラスト社との日本の寝具市場における調温素材の代理店契約を継承 ・Sojitz Infinity Inc. and Sojitz General Merchandise Corporation merged. ・Started a lifestyle business mainly focused on home fashion and material development. ・Succeeded the distributorship and license agreement for the PCM material in the Japanese bedding market with Outlast Technologies GmbH in Germany. |

| 2024年 | ・双日ロジテック株式会社（旧：第一紡績株式会社）より輸入代行事業及びOEM事業承継 ・アウトラスト社との日本市場の代理店契約をアパレル、フットウエア、メディカル分野等にも拡大 ・オリジナルブランド「McGREGOR GOLF」スタート ・情報セキュリティマネジメントシステム（ISMS）認証を取得 ・Succession of import agency business and OEM business from Sojitz Logitech Co.,Ltd. (formerly Daiichibo Co., Ltd.). ・Expanded the distributorship and license agreement with Outlast Technologies GmbH in the Japanese market to apparel, footwear, medical fields, and others. ・Launched an original brand “McGREGOR GOLF”. ・Obtained Information Security Management System (ISMS) certification. |
